1. All item(s) listed on Wardrobe Fairies are brand new and in good condition unless stated otherwise.
2. All orders are subject to availability and agreement to the price listed.
3. Item(s) listed are based on a first come first serve basis.
4. Reservation: Item(s) will only be reserved for 3 days, where after it will be open to the next buyer in line.
5. Upon full payment, item(s) will be posted out via local carriers.
6. Buyers are to bear all shipping charges. Please refer to our ‘Order Form’ page for standard postage rates.
7. Item(s) are estimated to arrive within 2-4 working days (Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays are NOT included).
8. All item(s) sold are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash or other listed item(s) unless stated otherwise (please refer to ‘Exchangeable Section’).
9. All customers’ details provided for database and communication purposes will be strictly kept private and confidential.
Exchangeable Section
10. Item(s) that are entitled for exchange is when it is indeed terribly damaged or stained upon receipt, the damaged item(s) will then be replaced with a new piece. This will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Wardrobe Fairies within 3 days upon receiving the package. All claims after 3 days will be ignored. If the purchased item(s) are no longer available, buyers are allowed to select other listed items from Wardrobe Fairies (subjected to availability and items either of the same or higher value). However, here at Wardrobe Fairies, we assure you that all items have been carefully examined and deemed to be in satisfactory conditions before we sent them out.
Non-Exchangeable Section
11. Buyers will first need to inform Wardrobe Fairies of the item(s) that they wish to exchange. Items that are directly mailed back to Wardrobe Fairies without prior notification will not be guaranteed for an exchange.
12. Wrinkle produced by crumpling, colour which differs slightly from pictures shown and minor loose threads are not exchangeable.
